With the BPMpolice you can access the investigation processes – in a highly secured way – from anywhere using your Tablet, or Android Smartphone, or iPhone, or Netbook, or Notebook, or Desktop PC and be informed in Real Time by SMS or Voice Mail through your mobile phone on the advances and delays of the processes under your responsibility, or when a new Activity (Task) requires your participation.

Police Investigation with No Duplications and with Rationalized Resources

The BPMpolice System prevents two or more police forces to investigate the same cases, avoiding unnecessary risk situations for Under Cover Agents or unnecessary duplications of human and material resources.

Better Control and Streamlining the Investigation Processes

The BPMpolice System allows a better management of the human and material resources involved in the investigation processes: for the immediate superiors of agents in the different police forces involved in the investigation processes, it can be assigned increasingly coordination accurate rights, to avoid risk situations for Under Cover Agents, or unnecessary duplication of human and material resources, as well as a better control of the ongoing investigation processes.

The BPMpolice System was exclusively developed by Europeans, following all the standards and regulations about privacy, confidentiality and safety established in Europe and by the International Law. It was used the safest, most sophisticated and latest Open Source Code development tools, precisely Java and BonitaSoft.

Integration with any existing Database

The BPMpolice System can be integrated with any database available on the market. So, all the processes data can be automatically transferred to other existing database systems of the client.

Implementation Methodology (~180 days) and Payments

The BPMpolice System can be implemented in any City or Country and in any Language. The police users just need access to the Internet to access our cloud servers. If the police want a local installation, they just need a new Computer Server with one original operating system (Windows, Linux, Solaris, or any other that supports JAVA) with at least 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB (terabyte) of hard disk.
